University of NSW joins as a CEFA University Partner

This week we welcomed the University of New South Wales to the CEFA University Partner stable. With a generous injection of $15,000 per annum, UNSW's contribution will be used for grant matching.

This week we welcomed the University of New South Wales to the CEFA University Partner stable. With a generous injection of $15,000 per annum, UNSW's contribution will be used for grant matching. This means that when a grant recipient from one of our member communities attends the UNSW as a full time student, their locally received community grant will be matched. This results in a local grant of $1,500 becoming $3,000. With the drought worsening its grip on rural Australia, it's our university partnerships that make the difference between many of our rural youth being able to attend university or not. UNSW's care and concern around equity and accessibility of education is outstanding and CEFA is most grateful.
