Thanks to the expertise of staff at the NSW Department of Education and Training (DET), we are excited to present a montage video diary of CEFA's 2010 University Experience Program, which was funded by UTS and the Macquarie University.
The students and teachers who attended this year's Program were encouraged to make video diaries of their experiences - pre, during and post trip - using loaned Apple i-pod and Macbook equipment. Each school presented its completed video diary in a viewing session for UTS, Macquarie and CEFA one week after the trip. The quality of these diaries was very impressive and testament to how helpful the Apple staff were during our visit to their store. Well done to all the students and teachers for committing yourselves to producing such high quality work and enjoyable viewing. It was so special to be able to relive the experience.
Following this viewing session, DET took all of the individual school diaries and formed a montage of the footage, combining it into one succinct diary of everyone's time at the University Experience Program. This video really encapsulates the objective of the Program and just how rewarding it is to those students who attended. For more information on the 2010 University Experience Program, please read CEFA's new article.
