About Our Partnership
The Country Education Foundation of Australia (CEFA) and The Origin Foundation have formed a two-year partnership which will provide catalytic support and financial assistance to help foster the education aspirations of rural Australian youth.
CEFA’s partnership with the Origin Foundation will extend the support the organisation is able to provide, both nationally and at a community level through CEFA’s local Education Foundations.
The Origin Foundation’s funding will provide two tiers of support: firstly, financial support to local Education Foundations in 40 communities which will provide grants to young people pursuing their post-high school goals. Secondly, expansion of the CEFA network and services to rural youth.
About The Origin Foundation
The Origin Foundation is a philanthropic Foundation established by Origin in 2010. Its focus, chosen by the people of Origin, is the power of education, training, and development to transform lives and improve communities.
The Origin Foundation offers support in three forms. Through a Grant Program, the Foundation provides funding to groups that share a belief in the potential of education to change lives. The Foundation also provides partners with access to the time and skills of Origin people and matches donations by Origin employees to their favourite charities.
