WITH the world financial crisis, it is timely that the Bradley Review final report puts the focus on economic growth.

Because most school leavers from middle-class backgrounds already attend university, increasing the number of graduates to 40 per cent will require capable students from under-represented backgrounds to successfully complete their degrees.
