Position Outline:

Responsibilities for a Headstockman include:

• Communicate well, maintaining a positive team approach
• Lead and  train employees in station activities to achieve annual production targets
• Possess quiet cattle handling skills, competent horsemanship skills, a high standard of care for station plant, attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
• Satisfy business reporting requirements including livestock management, quality, environment, safety and maintenance and capital improvement

This position regularly becomes available on our stations; because of this we accept applications throughout the year.
